Uganda Mission
Team
The mission team left in January
and will be returning by
February 8th (except for Lauren
Walker who plans to stay for 18
months.) The team was made up
of
Bob Hayes, Roth Rowell, Dave
Dietrich, Laura Knetzer, Lauren
Walker, Becky Carreira, Brandy
Riggins & Pastor Bill Tyson from
Ft. Walton Beach.
Pastor Hayes writes:
We really have gone in three
different directions so far on this
trip so there is not a big team
photo or report from one place.
But for the others, Laura and
Lauren have been to Karamoja
(very remote and very, very
primitive) as well as have been
working on getting Lauren
settled in for the long haul.
Roth has been working hard to
organize a big construction
project for Pastor Sam Kisembo
in June of this year and will be
meeting with a land surveyor
there.
The medical team also spent a
day in Fort Portal with Pastor
Sam Kasule.

Covenant Mercy Ministry
Covenant Church is committed to
the Ministry of Mercy and
Service. The Bible is very clear
about our responsibilities to
each other as followers of
Christ. Whether moving a family,
helping with financial needs,
cleaning or repairing a house,
providing meals, visiting and
fellowshipping with the widows
and widowers or simply giving
Christian love and support
during trying times, Covenant
Church desires to "do unto
others as they would have done
unto themselves."
If you know of any mercy
ministry need(s) that exist
inside or outside of the church,
please make the appropriate
person below aware via email or
phone. You can be assured that
mercy ministry related
information and needs will only
be made known to those who need
to know and will not be
made public or general
information.

Calling All Musicians
Recently a group of instrumental

some new faces will be joining
our praise teams. If you're
interested in participating on
our praise teams--either singing
or playing--please contact
Leigh Hinkle, Worship
Committee Chairman.
Also--are you interested in
playing with a handbell
ensemble? If so, contact
Jackie Hayes.
